Large Intestine & Rectum:


Malignancies of the colon & rectum are essentially Adenocarcinoma, GIST, Lymphoma. Patients present with altered bowel habits, constipation, abdominal distension, vomiting, blood in stools, spurious diarrhoea. Any such person with these complaint must undergo a colonoscopy and CT scan of the abdomen.
